The property is located in a very picturesque village with stunning scenery and has a semi-mountainous aspect. There are woodlands surrounding the village and a stream running through the middle.

In the very close vicinity there are two chateau hotels, which offer wine tasting, restaurants and spa facilities.

The access to the house is via an asphalt road. The house sits on a corner plot in the centre of the village. The village shop is only a few steps away from the house.

The village is only 14km away from Bulgaria?s main motorway connecting Sofia and Burgas. Access to Plovdiv, Burgas and Sofia airports is very convenient.

The property is surrounded by high stone walls and the garden is totally private offering total seclusion. There are two entrances to this house - from both sides of the corner plot it sits on. From the street to the rear of the property, there is single gate for people and a double metal gate access for vehicles to park inside the plot on a new concrete driveway. From the other side of the plot a small gate leads to the street by the shop.

The road to the house and those around the village are all asphalt and in really good condition.

Main house:

The main house is a two floor building. The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen/lounge dinner. The first floor consists of two bedrooms off of a large central corridor and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have electric digital slim line radiators, which are great for keeping even temperature over winter time and are a very efficient and cost effective form of heating.

Floors are covered with high quality thermo carpets.

There is also a large balcony area, which makes a nice sitting area and allows you to enjoy the view to the garden.

Via the bathroom it is possible to access the large attic space and another small balcony with even better views to the garden and the village.
Water and electric installation for the entire house are brand new. Internet and cable TV is also connected to this property.


Outbuildings:

In addition to the main house there are also two very useful outbuildings. The first is a summer kitchen, which can be easy renovated and modernized to form a separate guests? accommodation and or additional kitchen.

The second outbuilding is a large ?L? shaped barn. It can be used as storage, but it is big enough to contain for instance a swimming pool and a little spa.

Garden:

In the garden there are designated flower beds full of wonderful flowers. There are four apple trees, a cherry tree and few plums trees as well. There are also many grape vines.

The plot is 580 sq.m. and majority of it is covered with lush green grass. There is also a BBQ area wit table and seating suitable for entertainment.
