The house offer 3 standard double bedrooms and 2 apartments. All rooms are with separate private bathrooms, satellite TV, central heating. There is also a huge living and dining area with fireplace and well equipped kitchen. There is a beautiful view of the mountain and the river valley.

The house is located in the resort Beklemeto, 22 km. from Troyan. Located in the beautiful Troyan Balkan, on the border with the National Park "Central Balkan" and north of the Troyan Pass. Near the remains of the station Montemno of the ancient Roman road Via Traiana.

Resort Beklemeto (1360 m altitude) offers excellent conditions for winter tourism. It has a combination of three ski lifts serving three ski slopes with a total length of 2.5 km; three ski wardrobe, snowmobiles and two snowcats. Nearby is the best track in Bulgaria for cross country skiing and biathlon in a deciduous forest, meeting the European requirements.

The snow cover lasts about 110 days per year. Beklemeto resort is the starting point for many hiking routes in the Troyan Balkan - hut "Dermenka", hut "Dobrila", hut "Chuchul" and hut "Koziya stena".
