Located only 2 km. from the Bukhovtsi/Makariopolsko turnoff on the new part of the Varna-Sofia highway, the house is located in an easy and accessible place in the village of Makariopolsko. Only 1 hour and 10 minutes from the city of Varna, 15 minutes from the city of Targovishte and 25 minutes from the city of Shumen, amidst lots of greenery, like in a park, you can relax and enjoy nature. In the immediate vicinity there are several dams for fishing enthusiasts. This beautiful home is made up of several separate parts - Garsoniera Choco (kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with bathtub and toilet), slightly sunken floor (tavern, large kitchen, toilet and laundry room), Second floor (2 bedrooms with bathroom with shower cabin and toilet). In this home, the traditional is combined with the modern and the contemporary.
