Single-story brick residential building with a built-up area of 65 sq.m. (3 rooms), a brick outbuilding of 15 sq.m., and a brick summer kitchen with a shed of 28 sq.m. The yard is flat, with a size of 522 sq.m. Electricity and water are available.

Excellent location with quick access to Sofia city - 82 km. The village is also 15 km to the town of Pazardzhik. The house is just 200 m from the village center and the main road to Velingrad. 10 km or 10 minutes‘ drive is the village of Varvara, famous for its mineral pools and spa hotels.

The house and the summer kitchen were completely renovated - new PVC windows everywhere, as well as new interior doors. Laminate has been laid in the three rooms of the house. The walls of both buildings are plastered and latex painted. In the summer kitchen, the floor is laid with self-leveling screed. Water has been piped into the summer kitchen, and there is also an outside tap. The toilet is outside, there is a septic tank 8 meters from the summer kitchen.There is a place in the house suitable for the construction of a bathroom with a toilet, and sewage pipes must be dug to the septic tank.
